Christopher Fall 2006 Portraits
Journaling: Middle School did portraits a bit differently this year. Daddy and I couldn't decide which pose to order. They were all so good! You're growing up to be a very handsom young man. We're so proud of you. Keep up the great work!

Background and Journaling Strip by Michelle Rodriguez from her Boyish Charm kit available here at The Scrapping Garden.
Fonts: Bodoblack Squares, which I used Atomic Cupcakes Text Foam Stamp Action for the title; and Boring Joined
I also used Mr. Retro's Machine Wash Action "Crumpled" to alter the background paper after I rotated it 45 degrees.
I completed this layout for the November 2006 Sketch Challenge at Scrap2Gether. I was so happy when I found out they had reopened their forums recently! The forums aren't busy right now, neither is the gallery.
Completed: 16 November 2006
This was the very first digital layout I ever did! LOL
I completed this layout on February 13, 2006 (only a day or two after discovering there was even such a thing as digital scrapbooking)

I believe I used PSP7. The photograph is the hospital picture taken of Nicholas on 10 December 2005 when he was a mere 6 or 7 hours old! I cut the background out. I did it the hard way!
I've come a very long way since this first layout! I've learned so much in the past 8 months! I hope to continue learning and getting better.
I finally got to do a little scrapping that I can share! I've been doing a lot of layouts, but they were about or for my foster children... so I couldn't share them.
This little layout is 4"h x 6"w. It's for the brag books/mini albums that I gave to the Grandmothers and Godmothers for Mother's Day. For Christmas, I'm going to give them all a bunch of new pictures for their books!
Mary Ann got her first pair of glasses! They're adorable & They're Pink! 10-03-2006
Font is 1920 - I believe I got it at DaFont.
Lace was made by Ericka Tenney. It was a freebie that I downloaded a long time ago. This is the first time that I've used it. I can tell, I will be using it a lot more in the future!
Background/Paper was made by Anne Langpap and is from her March 2006 Free Pea kit @ 2Ps
Completed: 20 October 2006

Sorry, haven't uploaded the layout to Photobucket yet. My son and I did this layout together, since it was for one of his homework assignments. His Language Arts teacher gave a scrapbook as an assignment! :) Go, TEACH!! It had to be about the trip to Mystic Lake.
His 6th grade class went on a 3 day field trip to Mystic Lake. This layout has photos of the cabins they stayed in... and a group shot of the cabin mates.
We used a template by Alma Townsend provided at SBE for the Template Challenge. We used a kit by Ronnie McCray called Appalachain Mountain. The font used was Pea Jane available from Fonts For Peas.

Father Eyes
Kit: Denim and Flannel by Ronna Penner from All Boy kit; Red Frame by me.
Fonts: AKA Dylan Plain and CAC Moose
Notes: I used a filter on the quote - Mr. Retro's Machine Wash "Faded".
Journaling: "A father sees himself in his child's eyes." ~ Alexander Wood; Christopher Patrick Ingram meeting his daddy, Patrick Allen Ingram, Jr. and his grandfather, Patrick Allen Ingram, Sr. for the very first time.
Completed: 20 June 2006
